How do I breathe?

How do I breathe when the world has sat itself on my chest and forced me to gasp?
How do I exhale if I never can inhale?
How do I breathe knowing holding my breathe ensures, I won't miss a thing?
How do I use my other breathing apparatus, the nose to breathe if its clogged with negativity?
How do I breathe knowing as soon as I stop holding my breathe you'll leave?
The mere thought of catching an asthma attack is present, but I can't breathe knowing the world will still go on without me.
How do I breathe when I can't enjoy the rays of the sun? while it's saying Child you can breathe.
For God is the Alpha and Omega and if he didn't want me to breathe he wouldn't have brought me this far.
So I inhale like a doctors order while he's checking my heartbeat and I instinctively exhale knowing. Life is Bitter Sweet.
